Feeling of Freedom

A Feeling of Freedom (Ode to Mt. Seyney)

The sun barely shines through the trees that hang over
My socks are still hanging wet I guess our clothes will have to stay dirty
But I’m over it

We left the city on Saturday
for a piece of ground to set up camp and not have to pay the man by night
And we scavenged it

And we’ll be sure to go out with the things we brought in
And the dents of our paths only show how much we did love it here

There’s a movement in the woods and the ground where I lie down
They nor their kingdom of friends seem to mind that we moved here
And so suddenly

A feeling of freedom is there for who wants it
In the wilderness no one can see you or find you
So you do what you want to do
A feeling of Freedom
Mt. Seyney you’re so good to me!
A feeling of freedom
Mt. Seyney we love it here!
